Twinkle Happiness is many things; a solo-performance, a character development, a community. Let me take you on a journey…

For 141 days Nikolaj have been filming themselve and uploading the videos to YouTube. Their attempt was to find someone else within them, and letting a character manifest purely through the camera and the interaction with the sprouting community on YouTube.
With time Joy Twinkle arrived and a community of 240 subscribers and more than 65.000 views as of august 2023 manifested

By the end of the process Nikolaj and Joy have created a play, a so-called fan-meeting.
But as the play develops, it is revealed that it’s less about this glorification of a human, and more about a deep void of the fear of not being worthy of ones existence.
Inevitably ending up sacrificng one self, in order to become pure content for the viewer (a 3D model)

Twinkle Happiness is a story about the pressure of existing, the pleaser-gene and self-love
